6th annual poker run
(KIRKSVILLE) Motorcycles hit the road today during the sixth annual NACD benefit poker run. Cycles spent the day on the road trying to get a good hand of poker.

Poker talk:
- POT - The total amount of money bet so far in a hand.
- HIT - To make a hand or catch a card or cards that improves one's hand. "I hit a gut-shot draw on the river."
- FILL - To draw a card that makes a five-card hand (straight, flush, full house, straight flush).
- PASS - Opposite of bet. To check, if checked to. To fold, if bet to.
- STUCK - Down a nontrivial amount of money, as in "he's stuck $800".
- TAPPED [OUT] - Out of money. Can refer to a player running out of money in the course of a hand, thus still active for the main pot; or can refer to a player who has lost his bankroll and can no longer play.
