Thief Goes to Jail for Stealing Poker Player’s Wallet
A resident of Northern Mariana Islands was recently sentenced to a 68-day prison term for stealing a poker player’s wallet. On top of time in jail, superior Court Judge Kenneth Govendo also demanded that thief Cookson Ham pay a $250 fine and $125 in probation fees.

- RAINBOW - In flop games, a flop in which no two cards are of the same suit. "The flop was A 9 7 rainbow."
- FOURTH STREET - In stud poker, the fourth card dealt to each player. Sometimes used to refer to the fourth community card dealt in Hold'em, although the more common term for this is TURN (q.v.).
- BEE No. 92 (TM) - Trade name for the "diamond back" cards frequently used in casino games. Compare: RIDER BACK.
- QUARTER - [1] Twenty-five dollars, often symbolized by a green casino chip. [2] To divide half a pot between two tying hands. In split pot games, a player who "ties" another player for their half of the pot is said to be "quartered". One might say "I didn't bet my A-2 because I figured I'd get quartered".
- FLAT CALL - To call a bet. Emphasizes that the caller did not raise.
- JOKER - A 53rd card in the deck, distinct from the others, used as a wild card or as a BUG.
