Chris Harvey moved from being a student to running the show at UK Student Poker, likely putting to use his three years of study at St. Andrews in the Economics program. His role at UK Student Poker involves getting involved with students at the university level, helping them set up poker societies, building a poker community and answering legal questions regarding the world of poker.
Johnny Chan, a famous poker pro, was apparently conned out of $150,000 several years ago. According to records of the Californian Riverside County Superior Court, John Robert White, a resident of Temecula, contacted the poker champion and allegedly offered him to invest in the development of a local stadium where, as he claimed, a poker room was slated for opening.

About 15 people were robbed at gunpoint early Sunday morning during a clandestine poker game inside a warehouse on Allentown’s east side, police said.Three men made off with car keys, jewelry, credit cards, cell phones and about $8,400 in cash, said Allentown police Lt.
