Poker benefit set for injured boy
The Cortland Mooseriders 1012 will hold a POKER RUN BENEFIT for Caleb Owens who was injured last October in a hayride accident. The event will take place Saturday at the Cortland Moose Lodge on state Route 46 near Mecca Circle.

Useful poker terms:
- LATE BLIND - In addition to "regular" blinds, some games allow a player (particularly a new one) to post a blind bet in return for the right to enter the game immediately and act last on the first betting round. - BRODERICK CRAWFORD - In Hold'em, hole cards of 10-4. From the 1950s TV series "Highway Patrol", starring Broderick Crawford.
- TIGHT - [1] A style of play that entails playing fewer hands than average. Antonym: LOOSE. [2] A FULL HOUSE.
