Pacific Poker endorses spam and malware
According to InfoPowa News, Cassava Enterprises, the owner of Casino on Net (888.com) and Pacific Poker, is heavily involved in blog spamming, site scraping and other unethical methods to gain more traffic to their sites. There’s also evidence they have been one of the biggest users of Gator, WhenU, and other malwares for years.

Poker argot:
- BACK DOOR - Applies to a hand that was made in the last card or two, specifically not a hand the player was originally planning on having. Most often applied to straights and flushes.
- RAIL - A barrier dividing the card playing area from a public area.
- LATE POSITION - For a particular betting round, a player who does not have to act until most of the other players have acted.
- WORLD SERIES OF POKER - A series of several different poker games with relatively large buy-ins, culminating in a $10,000 buy-in no-limit Hold'em tournament, the winner of which is crowned the World Poker Champion. Sponsored by Binion's Horseshoe Club in Las Vegas.
- FOUR OF A KIND - A hand containing all four cards of the same rank.
- IMPLIED ODDS - A refinement to POT ODDS which includes money not yet in the pot. Considers the potential extra bets and winnings made when a player forms a very good hand.
