Has the Poker Dynasty Met its Match in Dominoes?
Although in most regards, the poker craze continues to thrive, there are some who see poker on its way out, and dominoes on its way in. Could dominoes indeed be the new poker? ESPN, the network that was the first to broadcast poker programming, is planning to turn the game-playing universe on its head once again by broadcasting dominoes programs.

Casino poker language:
- BLANK - Used in describing stud and Hold'em games. Refers to a dealt card that does not offer any value; stating the actual rank and suit would detract from a description of the hand. "The last card was a blank.".
- WHEEL - A-2-3-4-5. Usually discussed in the context of lowball where it is the best possible hand. Can also refer to a 5-high straight in high games. Also: BICYCLE.
- LEAK - To show one's hole cards (often unknowingly).
- BIG SLICK - In Texas Hold'em, hole cards of A-K, suited or not.
- RAINBOW - In flop games, a flop in which no two cards are of the same suit. "The flop was A 9 7 rainbow."
- DRAW - [1] A class of poker games characterized by players being dealt 5 cards face-down and later having the opportunity to replace some of the original 5. "Draw poker" and "Five-card draw" are examples of usage. [2] In stud and Hold'em games, the set of cards that will be dealt later can be collectively called "the draw". [3] To discard some number of cards and have dealt an equal number of replacements.
