“Yes!” Ed McMahon Opens Poker Club
The Royal Crown Hold ‘Em Club recently opened to the public in Muncie, Indiana, in an opening ceremony led by Mayor Dan Canan and celebrity second banana and sweepstakes pusher Ed McMahon. The club, which impressed the locals who showed up to check it out, is not the first poker club in Muncie, where the legality of poker still comes into question from time to time, but its owners feel that because it is not a charity or a bingo parlor, they should be safe from the whims of the law.
Richard Reed has been heard to say that poker is a game of skill, and as he is a Delaware County Prosecutor, that likely bodes well for the Royal Crown Hold ‘Em Club’s chances of staying open.. …
