Party Poker Pair Presents Plans for Poker-Playing Progeny
As reported last month here on OPN, two online poker players at Party Poker had the good fortune of meeting each other through the chat window on the online poker site and eventually establishing a loving relationship. Gary Suffir and Jackie Johnson are set to be married in a special poker-themed wedding ceremony at the Paris hotel and casino in Las Vegas next week. Even before their official union, poker-themed children’s names are already on their minds.

- NICKEL - Five dollars, usually represented by a red casino check.
- MANIAC - A player who bets, raises and reraises without regard to the quality of his hand. Most often found in flop games.
- FULL HOUSE - A hand consisting of 3-of-a-kind and a (different) pair.
- FORCED BET - In some stud games a player may be required to make a bet to start the action on the first card. This is similar conceptually to blinds and antes, but in this case is dependent on the cards shown rather than player position. Usually the weakest hand is forced to bet.
