LAS VEGAS (PRESS RELEASE) — Card Player magazine, “The Poker Authority”, is rolling out the red carpet on February 15th at the Henry Fonda Music Box Theater in Los Angeles, CA for the poker industries first Player of the Year Awards Banquet gala.

- FOUR OF A KIND - A hand containing all four cards of the same rank.
- FILL - To draw a card that makes a five-card hand (straight, flush, full house, straight flush).
- ROYAL FLUSH - An ace-high straight flush, the best possible hand in regular poker.
- TAPPED [OUT] - Out of money. Can refer to a player running out of money in the course of a hand, thus still active for the main pot; or can refer to a player who has lost his bankroll and can no longer play.
