Anna Benson could find herself getting plenty of face time on ESPN in the coming year. Not during baseball games, but more likely during one of the networks ubiquitous poker broadcasts.
WPT Enterprises and the Travel Channel have released a joint statement declaring an "amicable" end to the lawsuit between them. The companies can now pair up again, bringing television viewers the long-awaited premiere of the Professional Poker Tour (PPT). The PPT, as opposed to the much-watched World Poker Tour (WPT), brings together 200 top poker players by invitation only, to battle it out around the poker table.
