Area poker tournaments on hold
Tampa Bay pari-mutual facilities have suspended poker tournaments again, in response to a ruling Wednesday from the Division of Pari-Mutual Wagering.

- BAD GAME - Any game in which you figure to be the loser, because the other players are better than you.
- RERAISE - To raise after an opponent has raised.
- AMERICAN AIRLINES - In Hold'em, a pair of Aces in the hole. Better known (at least in rec.gambling) as POCKET ROCKETS.
- DOOR [CARD] - A player's first upcard in stud games.
- PAY STATION - A player who rarely folds, thus who frequently calls better hands and loses. Almost as much fun as a LIVE ONE.
- CARDS SPEAK - Winner(s) of the hand are determined by turning their cards face up, the best hand(s) wins (no declaration).
