Online Poker Landscape Set To Change As PartyGaming Makes A Big Move

You heard it here first a couple of weeks ago - PartyGaming, operators of the world’s biggest online poker room, are set to change the online poker landscape for good by buying out their former partners and current “rivals”. The moves began in earnest yesterday when PartyGaming purchased Multipoker, as well as a majority stake in Intertops Poker, both former online poker skins for PartyPoker.

  • COMMUNITY CARDS - Cards that are available for every player to use in making a hand. Usually dealt face up somewhere in the middle of the table.
  • OPEN - Make the first bet in a hand, especially in draw poker.
  • REPRESENT - Implying, by one's betting style, that one has a particular hand.
